In her current role, she oversees a multidisciplinary creative team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions tailored to client needs while refining process flows to boost efficiency. In a previous role, she successfully managed the grand opening of a luxury retail operation, including hiring staff, coordinating vendor relations, and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize daily operations. Her leadership extends to institutional settings, where she collaborated with trustees and directors at the J. Paul Getty Museum as a member of the DEAI Council, contributing to the development of organization-wide policies. This combination of operational, creative, and strategic management reflects her adaptability and effectiveness in a variety of roles.
